What activator for Matte clear

What activator do you guys recommend for a novice painter like myself spraying SPI matte clear. I will be spraying in my garage in the morning hours with the air temp around 65 degrees or so. Or, what is the most forgiving activator (slow, medium or fast)?
 
i always use the medium. seems to work well in hot and cold. people i have sold it to have had no complaints either.
