What is my next step?

OK. Back in the Summer, I stripped my car to bare metal and DA sanded with 80 grit and cleaned with WG700. I primed with 2 coats of black SPI epoxy; great product. I have now decided that I want to do my own bodywork.
Is it safe to simply scratch the areas that need filler with red Scotch-Brite and apply filler? Re-coating whole car with epoxy is not really a good option right now.
I plan to block my filler with 320 and then roll on a few coats of epoxy on the filler areas to allow it to soak and seal. Once dry, I can then block again to remove imperfections and then spray the entire car with 1-2 coats.
I will then plan to let the car stay in epoxy for while, maybe a number of years.

1) Is this plan OK
2) Will I have, or create adhesion problems spraying epoxy over cured epoxy. Should I scratch entire car first?
3) What grits should I be using throughout these steps?

Any and all advice is appreciated. I really like the epoxy; it looks good even when i shoot it.

Thanks
David

1) Is this plan OK Yes, it'll work just fine. The cured epoxy will need to be sanded or scuffed before anything is applied, 320grit or a maroon scotchbrite will work if you're going to apply more primer but for the areas that need bodyfiller these should be sanded with 180 minimum, 120 or 80 will also work fine. As a rule any cured primer needs to be sanded or scuffed before more products are applied.
2) Will I have, or create adhesion problems spraying epoxy over cured epoxy. Should I scratch entire car first? Scratch it
3) What grits should I be using throughout these steps?

Epoxy primer that's been rolled or brushed on will take longer to cure but the end result will be fine.
