It’s a bit of a fool’s errand building a truck like this to make money. That wasn’t the goal from the outset. Owner just kept piling stuff on.Looks great. 800 hours will make that one valuable truck.
Is this for the last coat of clear ?? Thank you.LPH400 LV with a 1.4. 2.5 turns out fluid. Skooch less than full fan. 26-28 psi. 50% overlap. Slow activator. 1 ounce of retarder per sprayable quart on last coat. And some good luck…
All learned from others on this site.

That’s for all the coats except retarder is only on last coat.Is this for the last coat of clear ?? Thank you.

A general rule of thumb is that labor equals materials on a frame off build like this. I usually come in around labor 70% of materials. I don’t charge a top end labor rate because I feel it limits the drama. When guys pay top dollar they expect perfection and can be a bit of a PITA. I promise good driver quality. YMMV…It’s a bit of a fool’s errand building a truck like this to make money. That wasn’t the goal from the outset. Owner just kept piling stuff on.
