Just looked at photos one more time and noticed you working without gloves. I really suggest you to work only with gloves. I had couple bad nights after working without gloves

Your filling job looks good from what I see and know. What grid sandpaper do you use on hand block?
I do the same 80/180/320/600/800 on metallic blends. I wish I could use epoxy as a sealerFirst layer, 80 grit to get get it close. Today with the first layer of glaze 150 grit to get the fine shapes. After high build next week will be 150 again then one one more epoxy seal coat then 320. The final coats will be in the 600 range since using metallic on this one. First attempt at an entire car with metallic.....

I love the dedication and family involvement! Though a separate source of garage heat might be more ideal. Also, you might have a low spot above your fuel door. Haha, easy for me to be picky, seeing what you get done in days what takes us months! Kudos to you sir!
