Nervous

I don't know? I find it difficult because as you spray everything becomes a giant white out! Hard to see the wet edge so more orange peel and/or dry spots. Even with holding a light in one hand it's very hard to see what needs to be seen.

I only use a home made booth so more over spray in the air than in a commercial setup and that destroys your ability to see differences since everything is white.

I use this to make it easier to sight down a panel. It's fully adjustable to any angle.

I just watched a documentary about the Webb telescope. If that thing can be created, you can do this paint job.

Just like it changed history, you're going to change yours. Enjoy the trip!

Now that’s what I call white. Got a few runs. I read that you sand them out in a few days then do 2 more coats.

@Dean Jenkins is giving advice like a seasoned pro these day, and is well worth heeding. A run sanded too soon will eventually leave a concave mark as it continues to shrink, because it was holding more solvent than the surrounding finish due to the excessive film thickness.
The parts I have hanging have 3 coats. Maybe I should paint the rest of the car while I’m waiting for them to dry and sand everything all at once then recoat?

How's your lighting? I get runs when lighting sucks. Once the lighting shows the gloss, don't spray there anymore. No more runs if you do this.

Lightning is ok. This is the first time I’ve painted a car. I’m pretty sure I was not moving the gun fast enough. It’s a Tekna pro light with a 1.4 and te 20. Once I moved a little faster things got better.
