Does that me I could just go to the PPG jobber and buy whatever baseline urethane reducer they have and just use that?

buy the good PPG reducer,do not use Omni or cheap Urethane Reducer in the Epoxy!

Don't use cheap reducer for anything! SPI makes the very best reducers now that they have been reformulated.

I would, but I need to order it, prob wont get it til wed or thurs. It would also be kind of a waste, I only need a shot glass full.

Sorry, I missed that your base takes reactive reducer. You will have great adhesion if you spray epoxy one day and then sand out the peel and spray base the next. I think the Perfect Paint Job even mentions this as an option. Its just more work.

I picked up some PPG 885. $20 for a quart. I'll be sure to get some SPI 885 next time I order. Thanks guys.

Wow, that seems cheap enough!
It will work great as long as it is "the DT"

Not really, its $90 a gallon, twice as much as yours. I appreciate your honesty about using someone else' reducer. If I wasn't in a time pinch, I'd get it from you. I will be making another order soon, I'll be sure to get some then!;)
