USC All Metal: Over or under epoxy?

You'd think Everglass would encourage reps and/or engineers to participate in threads like this, it's a perfect opportunity to show product support and customer service. But I've never seen any online representation from this company or any of their competitors. Missed opportunity.
 
no way they will put anything in text. first lesson in auto body is never trust the tech department.
