That was actually one of the test colors when he was trying to decide on a color. Ended up with Hok tangelo.

Ok, got the wing and rear vents re-cleared last night. I'll have to do a 3rd session on the wing, but this time the final pin holes should be filled. The vents came out really nice.

off topic, After 7 years I finally cleaned out the filter box on my exhaust fan the other day. I removed and weighed 45lbs of dust...holy shit! I was changing the filters and I peaked in there and couldn't believe how bad it was. I definitely gotta do better on that.

I'm going to try it again tonight with the 1.7 and some 2k. If all goes well this gun is definitely getting a promotion.

And for some reason I decided to finally try something with my fresh air intake system that I have thought about for years. I capped off on the end of this run so it doesn't feed the box at the end and I put openings through out the entire deal. The airflow is pretty good. Honestly way better than I thought. Ill be painting tonight maybe so Ill see for sure. If it works, I am going to the same on the other side and eliminate the box at the end and basically have 2 systems where if I paint with the entire garage(curtain back) then I turn both on. It makes sense in my head, but probably wont project to reality.

Got the rear shell sanded and reprimed. It's had been sitting for so long and in and out of the sun I figured it may need a touchup. I wasn't wrong.

Had to do some fiberglass repairs like fill in the camera hole I previously drilled. But it's ready to prep for paint probably Monday.

Final piece of the puzzle. Had to do some small glass repair. These bodies are a nightmare.

Also detailed the chassis a little. 2 years of dust and dirt just looked so bad, and then I have to repaint the rear brace after the shop chipped it up installing it. Getting close!
